3D provides investors a fully functioning rental property by completing a four step process. We purchase existing properties in strategic locations from banks or other asset holders, complete the necessary repairs and/or upgrades to make them suitable for residence, lease the properties to qualified tenants and provide property management services, then sell the renovated units to investors with tenants and management intact.
3D has a strict process for evaluating each property before purchasing, insuring the long term investment viability. Once a property is purchased, the renovation process is performed under the supervision of a licensed builder, and all workmanship comes with a limited one year warranty.
